The Act 9 site ID sign is in place at the site entrance. The E&S and PPC plans were in the box.

Access road into the site was in good shape. The site was not guarded.

The 3, 6, 7,8 H have been drilled since the previous inspection. All 8 wells are drilled now on the site.

The rig had recently moved off site and some clean up activity is going on now. Crews came in and removed several office trailers today while the inspection was going on.

There is one sed trap on site and it is functioning. No E&S issues were observed at the site today. The site looked stable.

There is some more cleaning up of the site to be done, several parts and pipes were scattered around the site. The orange fencing around the site perimeter has blown down in the back left corner of the site and should be reattached for safety reasons.
