| The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection.  The site construction appears to be complete and they are ready to begin drilling.  The E/S controls appear to be in good condition.  The pits/impoundments on site are built but not yet being used.  This site is in a HQ watershed and special protection BMP﾿s will need to be maintained in order to prevent pollution.  As per the ESCGP-1 requirement, the site will need to be inspected after a rainfall event and weekly.  Please keep all E/S inspection reports on file.

| The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection.  There are 2 Marcellus Wells drilled and appear to be in production at this location.  The Well hit TD on 8-12-11 and the site should be restored and permanently stabilized on 5-12-12 with a uniform vegetative cover of 70%.  Please make sure a restoration extension request is submitted if the site does not meet the restoration requirements within 9 months.  The drill pits on site were empty but still contained a liner and were open.  A stand-alone impoundment exists off site that contains only fresh water and will remain open.  This impoundment can remain open as long as the ESCGP-1 requirements are met and it only contains fresh water.

On 01/11/17 at approximately 0930 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Bruno Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.

1941479 Primary Facility 01/08/2011 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
1970140 Primary Facility 02/02/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. The site construction appears to be complete and they are ready to begin drilling. The E/S controls appear to be in good condition. The pits/impoundments on site are built but not yet being used. This site is in a HQ watershed and special protection BMP¿s will need to be maintained in order to prevent pollution. As per the ESCGP-1 requirement, the site will need to be inspected after a rainfall event and weekly. Please keep all E/S inspection reports on file.
1974704 Primary Facility 02/08/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. They are currently drilling a Marcellus Well on site. The E/S controls appear to be in good condition. The pits/impoundments appear to be in good condition. The driller was blowing a lot of dust across the site. The drill foreman explained that they got stuck down hole and it was temporary. This site is in a HQ watershed and special protection BMP¿s will need to be maintained in order to prevent pollution. As per the ESCGP-1 requirement, the site will need to be inspected after a rainfall event and weekly. Please keep all E/S inspection reports on file.

1987022 Primary Facility 04/20/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Minor slip at site.
2001289 Primary Facility 05/16/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2027495 Primary Facility 09/06/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2067399 Primary Facility 03/26/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection.
2083761 Primary Facility 06/19/2012 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Minor Mod to ESCGP-1. Currently reclaimimg site and removing 1 sed trap and leaving 1 sed trap until they reach 70% uniform vegetative cover.
2555542 Primary Facility 2017-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
