| The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. There are 2 Marcellus Wells drilled and appear to be in production at this location. The Well hit TD on 8-12-11 and the site should be restored and permanently stabilized on 5-12-12 with a uniform vegetative cover of 70%. Please make sure a restoration extension request is submitted if the site does not meet the restoration requirements within 9 months. The drill pits on site were empty but still contained a liner and were open. A stand-alone impoundment exists off site that contains only fresh water and will remain open. This impoundment can remain open as long as the ESCGP-1 requirements are met and it only contains fresh water. | | The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. 2067399 | Primary Facility | 03/26/2012 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. |
