Site temporarily stabilized.Pad adequately rocked. Access road in good condition. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed in relation to well site or access road.Pad size minimized due to production equipment placement and on-site conditions.Upon adequate vegetative growth, sed trap and ditches will be filled in.Department recommends Operator continue to monitor and maintain well site to ensure final restoration is achieved. |

Dept rec'd area of earth disturbance is re-rocked to ensure stabilization is maintained.Mr. Small also stated new well tags will be installed immediately.

As per previous conversation with Operator representative Curtis Small, once weather permits, current plan is to re-rock well site to ensure stabilization is maintained in response to recent earth disturbance activities conducted around wellheads/production equipment (record 2227715). |
