INspection was conducted with James Grayson (Safety Chevron).

All equipment was on individual containment.  Some areas where pipes laid on containmnet comprimised containment.  No grease or oil stained the pad.  Stands were being made to keep pipes from laying on walls of containment and causing them to collapse.

Pit and impoundment were sound.  No freeboard issues.

Slopes of pad were not vegetated but had been hydroseeded.  Other outlying areas of disturbed area had good vegetative cover.

No violations noted at this time.

| Inspection in response to a 50 gallon spill reported on 4.23.2014.  The Department notes that the Operator is in compliance with the current spill policy for a reportable spill.  During the inspection the Department observed an excavated area approximately 40'x15' the depth of the excavated area was approximately 8".  The Operator indicated that the spill occurred when a crew attempted to remove a flow line containing treated water, when the fitting was broken the treated water spilled to the ground.  The Department suggest the Operator follow the current spill policy to insure the impacted area has been remediated and meets background.  The Department also suggest the Operator forward the sample results after the remediation steps have been taken.
