2252360	2014-03-10	Pending	At the time of inspection the Operator was on site preparing the drill rig to begin drilling on 3/11/2014. A spud was received by the Department on 3/10/2014. During the inspection the E&S plan was on site and appeared to be installed and maintained. The drill pit located on site appeared to be sound condition. Also observed was a stream crossing with approximately 30' of fill located on top of a plastic 24" pipe. On 3/11/2014, Biologist Supervisor Dan Counahan will be in the area to inspect the crossing.
