1122471628 2005-07-26 Production Wells No Violations An inspection was carried out in response to a landowner complaint and was accompanied by the landowner, James Brandau. Mr. Brandau stated that his neighbor, Harold Douglas, has claimed ownership of the well.
The well was found intact and appeared to be producing gas. There was neither a meter nor a production tank present. The well had no identification of any kind. There were two areas of oil and oily soil, at the well site, each approximately 4 x 20. These areas appear to be the result of past activity and not of a current condition. The well supplies a new 2--inch (liquid) line that runs from the well site to a drum at the bottom of the hill.
This well does not meet the criteria of an exempt domestic well. Currently, the well is producing domestic gas for the neighboring properties. However, the landowner is disputing their ownership of any interest in the well.
1547085578 2003-06-20 Production Wells No Violations The well is owned by Herald Douglas, who uses it solely for domestic purposes. The well is located on the property of J. Brandeau, approximately half a mile from the Douglas residence.

The pipeline, from this well, crosses the property of Country Time (realty). The complainant, Doug Miller with Country Time, was concerned that the pipeline was leaking natural gas.

The landowner claims that the leak was repaired. This was verified with an inspection.
