0040929061 2018-07-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a four-string casing design, 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875 inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing with no artificial lift technology. Annular pressure monitoring was in place on both the 13.325-inch diameter surface casing and the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing, pressures were monitored with transducers with no ability to read pressures at the well head. Both casings had bleed down lines ran to the production fluid tanks, at the time of my inspection the 13.375-inch diameter casing was open flowing into tanks through a choke manifold. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, that was inside of containment. There were also 4- 400-barrel production fluid tanks inside containment. Production fluid tanks were all shared with 34013208710000. There was also a defoamer injection tank near the well head and production fluid tanks. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
0393589816 2016-01-25 Production Wells No Violations On this day the well was equipped to be considered capable of production. There was a liquids truck on site by the production tanks. There was no other activity taking place. The site appeared to be in satisfactory condition.
0591058744 2017-08-23 Production Wells No Violations This well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing without any artificial lift technology present at this time. The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area and to sales. The production area contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1275487950 2015-10-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day the pad had some water storage tanks still on location. The site has vegetation established and is in satisfactory condition. There are proper erosion and sediment controls in place. Preliminary restoration for this site is completed.
1418048910 2014-12-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day the 30 conductor was cemented in a 36 open hole to a depth of 100. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
1448560720 2019-03-25 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection found (2) wells present and producing on the pad with the said well producing off a tubing head production tree. The well production valves are open to the sales line. Annular pressure monitoring is in place on the well head A&B sections with electronic transducers present to monitor annular pressure. Proper well identification is posted. The production facility consists of (4) 400 barrel steel tanks situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area with proper well identification posted at the tank battery. (2) gas processing units are also present.
