1495332731 2017-06-07 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection the well appeared to be in the flow back phase. The well was connected to a sand separator and a 500 barrel fluid holding tank. The tank battery consisted of five 400 barrel production fluid holding tanks and gas processing units.
1522266035 2016-01-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Nomac Rig # 79 had reach a total depth of 2375. The 13.375 casing was ran and cemented into a 17.5 open hole. Bow spring centralizers were utilized to ensure proper standoff from the well bore. C&J Cementing Company was on site to cement the casing with 1655 sacks of Class H cement. Cement additives included bentonite gel, 2% CaCl, and .25# flake per sack of Celluseal. Circulation of the well bore was achieved and cement to surface was established.
1547579744 2019-01-15 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the said well currently shut in with a Back Pressure valve in the tubing hanger and VR plugs in both B section 2 outlet ports. The well is equipped with a master valve with no production tree or flow line present or attached. The company man on site Rich Lightner indicated the company had lost 2.375 coil tubing in the well bore and cut the tubing off down hole in the directional curve section. The well was produced this way with the intention of allowing the well to sell down until the casing pressure subsides to a point to retrieve the coil tubing. (4) additional valves have been drilled and are scheduled to have the stimulation process begin in the next 14 days.
1561881172 2018-08-01 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that KLX energy, Starett Energy Services, and Shale Pro were currently on location. After speaking with Matt Thomas, Completions Foreman for XTO Energy he informed me that they had set a retrievable plug at 4997 feet and had left coil tubing in the hole at that depth. Matt informed me that they plan to continue to release pressure on top of the retrievable plug they plan to set a Valve Removal plug on the B Section of the well bore. There will be a 2 way check valve installed at the tubing hanger. Matt informed me that once SIMOPS was completed they will be covering the wellheads with steel cages. XTO Energy plans to move the Auger rig on to set cellars and conductors on 8/2/2018.
1641080202 2016-01-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day I was on site to witness a casing job. During my visit I reviewed the sites preliminary restoration efforts. The site was appeared to be in satisfactory condition with proper erosion and sediment controls in place. This sites preliminary restoration is passed.
