The well is piped to a gas processing unit and then to a production area that contains four 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Per signage, it appears that Rice Energy is conducting midstream operations on this site. Production records for this well are current to 2017 within RBDMS.

1476939213 2019-02-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation and erosion control in place. The well pad and lease road surface is stone construction. There are 3 producing wells on the pad with the said well producing thorough a production tree with artificial lift present. Proper well identification is posted at the well head. And hazard warning labels posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of (4) steel tanks capable of holding 400 barrel fluid volume each, all situated inside a polymer lined steel containment area. The well pad perimeter is protected by an earthen berm and in good repair. There is 3 gas processing units present on the well pad.

Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 495 pounds on between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 490 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing . The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
