0718529714 2018-08-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well pad perimeter protected by an 8 chain link fence with signage posted at the lease road and well pad entry points. The lease road and well pad surface are of stone surface construction. There are 5 producing wells on this pad and one well that was spudded and not complete. The said well is equipped with a lower A and upper B section with 2 diameter riser pipes equipped with valves and gauges attached to both sections to monitor annular pressures. The A section gauge which reads between the 9.625 and 13.375 diameter casing strings shows 675 pounds on the gauge. The B section which reads between the 5.5 and 9.625 diameter casing strings reads 804 pounds on the gauge. The 5.5 diameter casing internal pressure is 4,828 pounds pressure. The well is selling off the 5.5 production casing through dual flow lines with 1,884 and 1,476 pounds pressure present on each flow line gauge. The well head completion stack does have multiple surface safety and manual shut down valves in place on the production tree, also (2) manually operated 7.0625 master valves are still present on top of the B section. Addressing the production equipment present- there is 3 line heaters and 5 gas processing units on location. Also present is a production fluid storage area consisting of (2) steel construction 500 barrel fluid volume tanks situated inside a polymer lines steel containment dike area. The well pad is protected by an earthen berm and the drain valves are in the closed position.
1024366398 2018-01-24 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. O-tex was onsite with 515 sacks of class H cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 85% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 70 barrels of fresh water. 27 barrels of cement returned to surface.
1092211502 2018-09-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing that appeared to be open flowing. The well was still equipped with the completion stack, with 2 manual master valves. Annular pressure monitoring was in place the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 1015 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 5 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included 2 Sand Traps, a line heater, and Gas Processing Unit. There were also 2- 500-barrel steel production fluid tanks inside secondary containment, that were shared with the rest of the producing wells on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was current in RBDMS.
1297510823 2016-12-04 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the cementing of the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. Patterson Rig No 292 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to a depth of 1258 feet then proceeded to run 1248 feet of 13.375 inch diameter, 61 pound per foot casing, placing the cement float at a depth of 1204 feet. O-Tex Cementing is the cement contractor on site. O-tex pumped 35 barrels of gel, 10 barrels of water and then pumped 1220 sacks of Class H 15.6 pound per gallon and 1.2 yield percent. After pumping cement O-Tex then displaced with 183 barrels of fresh water. After displacement the plug was landed and pressure tested to 1100 psi and I witness the casing holding integrity for 5 minutes. Over the duration of my inspection I witnessed 5 barrels of good cement returns to surface. The job was delayed for multiple hours due technical issues with the pump truck.
1299596840 2018-02-27 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson 284 had reached total depth in the 12.25-inch diameter section of the well bore at 8728 feet. They were currently running their 9.625-inch diameter casing into the well bore. Once the casing run is completed Schlumberger will cement the casing into the well bore.
