0042222239 2018-07-12 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my Inspection I witnessed that Patterson UTI 582 was currently circulating and working pipe from 7525 feet and 7510 feet. After speaking with EQT company man Matt Kiter he informed me that they were running the 9.625 inch diameter casing and at approximately 3:30 AM on 7/12/2018 they hit what appeared to be a tight spot in the well bore at 7525 feet. They began trying to circulate and wash down the casing and were unable to make any progress down hole. After circulating and trying to wash down pipe they tried pulling back one joint of casing and were unable to get casing out of the well bore. Patterson UTI 582 was currently pulling 500,000 pounds of hook load and applying 100,000 pounds weight on bit with no progress made. Matt Kiter informed me that they were waiting on certification to pull 600,000 pounds of hook load increasing in 25,000-pound increments. I informed Matt that he needed to keep me updated on whatever progress is made and an action plan moving forward.
0256717196 2018-12-26 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion process found the well drilling and stimulation process complete. The 5.5 diameter production casing was set to a depth of 17,126 . The well was stimulated in 40 stages and the completion plugs have been drilled out. Prior to drilling out the completion plugs the (2) master valves used in the completion process were changed out and (2) company owned master valves were installed on the well head B section. No production tubing was set in the well bore and a production tree was installed on the master valves prior to drilling out the completion plugs. The company will not flow the wells back until the completion drill out is finished on all (7) wells on the pad. Deep Well Services tubing snubbing unit is the rig on location completing the wells. All completion equipment is situated on polymer containment. The production equipment has not been set on the pad.
1683862382 2018-11-05 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection to document the completion activity on the well pad. Halliburton is on location actively completing 2 of the wells on the pad. 2 wells are complete and 2 have not been started . 7 wells total are present on the well pad. The said well has had 34 out of 41 stages completed and is not currently being completed. The well is currently equipped with a Cactus well head A&B section with a 7.0625 lower manual and hydraulic completion valves installed on the B section, the upper master valve and completion head has been removed. The 9.625 x 5.5 casing annulis is being monitored electronically. All completion and support equipment is situated on polymer containment.
