0032511562 | 2018-11-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson Rig 579 was currently skidding the rig from API # 34013213220000 to API # 34013213650000. I spoke with XTO Superintendent Paul Hahn who informed me that the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing was set and cemented on 11/6/2018 at 7990 feet, the cement job went as planned with 22 barrels of cement to surface. I informed Paul that they needed to perform a cement bond log on both the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the 5.5-inch diameter production casing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for both producing and wells currently being drilled on the pad. |
0103116827 | 2018-12-20 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson rig 579 was currently drilling the curve section of the 8.5-inch diameter well bore at 10,650 feet with 13.0 pound per gallon oil-based mud. They plan to land the curve and begin the lateral section of the 8.5-inch diameter well bore at 10,700 feet. After speaking with XTO company man Eric Valencia he informed me that they intend to drill to an estimated total depth of 17,750 feet. XTO plans to run 17,720 feet of 5.5-inch diameter production casing and estimate that they will be cementing on Sunday 12/23/2018. The producing wells on the pad had annular pressure monitoring and were still shut in with protective cages around the well heads. I performed a walk around inspection of the rig and I did not witness any violations at the time of my inspection. |
0968410621 | 2019-01-15 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well drilling process complete and the well being prepped for the stimulation process. Surefire Wireline is on location and is preparing to run a bond log on the vertical section of the 5.5 diameter production casing. C&J Pressure pumping is slated to mobilize on location and begin stimulation in the next 14 days. |

Surefire Wireline is on location and has ran a caliper log on the vertical section of the 5.5 diameter production casing and is preparing to run a bond log. C&J Pressure pumping is slated to mobilize on location and begin stimulation in the next 14 days. |
1536726351 | 2018-09-11 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Appalachian Drilling had drilled the 24-inch diameter hole to a depth of 550 feet. Appalachian Drilling ran 534 feet of 18.625-inch diameter J 55 casing at 87.5 pound per foot, with 2 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 13 feet above ground level. Two Cement baskets were set at 437 feet. C&J Energy Services was on site and rigged up their cement head and loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 1500 pounds per square inch. C&J Energy Services established circulation with 120 barrels of fresh water and then ran a wireline to determine fluid level height, fluid level was at 475 feet, C&J Energy services then pumped 70 barrels 328 sacks of Class A cement at 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack mixed with 5.25 gallons of water per sack. C&J Energy Services ran a wireline again to determine fluid level which was still at 475 feet. C&J Energy Services then pumped 10 barrels 47 sacks of Class A cement and waited for 1 hour for cement to set up. Appalachian Drilling then ran 390 feet of 1-inch diameter tubing down the annulus of the 18.625-inch diameter casing, then pumped 125 barrels 585 sacks of Class A cement through the 1-inch diameter tubing with 10 barrels of good cement to surface. |

I spoke with XTO company man Chris Ewing who informed me that they plan to drill to a total depth of 550 feet, and then intend to run 521 feet of 18.625-inch diameter casing. Chris Ewing informed me that they have cementers scheduled to arrive at 02:00 on 9/12/2018. |
