0463340394 2018-04-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on site to witness the top out job portion of the mine string. Pioneer Rig 77 ran 1-inch diameter tubing down the backside of the 18.625-inch diameter casing string to a depth of 194 feet. Halliburton was on site and provided the cementing procedures. Halliburton pumped 68 barrel of HALCEM. Cement to surface was successful and checked after sitting for 5 minutes. The cement remained at surface. Inspector Dylan Pendleton completed the first part of this cement job. Please see his report for those details.

1518112722 2018-02-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Pad Address: 69562 Blaine-Chermont Road; Bridgeport, Oh 43912. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precison rathole had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Express was onsite with 275 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 2% CaCl and .5 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 75 barrels of fresh water. 12 barrels of cement returned to surface.
1522920339 2018-04-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Pioneer 77 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 340 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 343 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Shoe track is 22 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 273 feet. Void encountered from 284-296 feet. Air returns were lost briefly during drilling but came back. Halliburton was onsite with 710 sacks of class A Halcem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.227. 75% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 99 barrels of fresh water. 25 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of water pumped ahead of cement. No returns to surface. Floats held with 2 barrels back. Fliud tagged at 194 feet. I left location to go to presite. Inspector Andrew Corder to witness top out job.
1902169268 2018-04-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site to witness the casing shoe test for the mine string that was previously set. Pioneer Rig 77 had drilled out the shoe track in the 18.625-inch diameter casing string and the hole was loaded with water. After 30 minutes the water remained at surface and the casing shoe test was considered passed.
