0023472624 2018-12-20 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Lightening Energys top hole rig and cement service. The rig has drilled a 36 diameter conductor borehole to a measured depth of 110 below grade level. Fresh water was present to the bottom of the cellar and the driller reported 23 of mine spoil before entering undisturbed ground by the previous surface mine operation. The rig inserted 110 of 26 diameter .375 wall weld connection line pipe casing. The casing was cemented with a 109 barrel cement mix consisting of 520 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pound per gallon. The cement additives to make up the 1.18 yield per sack were 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement was displaced with 65 barrels of fresh water. The fluid returns to surface were weighed with scales at 10.5 pound per gallon. The company was advised to let the cement set overnight and tag the cement top on the annular side and grout accordingly. 2 cmpany representatives were on site.
