1553192799 2019-03-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job found the said well was spudded on 03/19/2019 by Lightning Energys auger rig. The rig drilled a 110 x 36 diameter conductor borehole with fresh water hit at 70 and a coal seam hit between the depths of 98 to 101. The rig set 110 of 26 diameter .375 wall weld connection casing with a 8 deep x 10 wide tin horn cellar set at surface. The casing was cemented using a 100 barrel cement mix consisting of 475 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale. The cement yield was 1.18. 10 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the tin horn cellar with 1 of standing cement left in the cellar to cause a liquid tight seal at the bottom.
1554679270 2019-04-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface mine string cement job with Pioneer Drilling rig # 71 on location along with Wyoming Casing and C&J Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 24 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 577 with the depth measured off a drilling rig floor heigth of 28.5 above a ground level elevation of 1,211. Upon reaching total depth the well bore was loaded with fresh water and circulated to surface. The #8 Pittsburgh Coal seam was marked from 516 to 522 from the drilling rig floor heigth 28.5 above elevation. The drill string was pulled and 18.625 J-55 grade buttress thread casing was ran to a measured depth of 577, a casing guide shoe and float collar was ran along with 6 casing centralizers. The casing was cemented by C&J Cement service using a 207 barrel cement mix consisting of 960 sacks of class A cement weighing 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale with a yield of 1.21. The cement was displaced with 163 barrels of fresh water with a final displacement pressure of 360 pounds pressure and the casing being pressure tested to 860 pounds upon the landing of the cement wiper plug. 54 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface, casing floats held.
1627788783 2019-04-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the 1st intermediate casing string cement job with Pioneer Drilling rig 71 on location along with C&J Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 2,266 and inserted 2,265 of 13.375 diameter J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran along with 14 casing centralizers. C&J Cement Service cemented the casing using 357 barrels of cement consisting of 1,700 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified at 15. 6 pound per gallon by weight of scale and the cement yield was 1.18. The cement was displaced with 343 barrels of fresh water to the float collar. Cement returns were witnessed to surface with circulation maintained throughout the job and the final displacement pressure was 1,100 pounds pressure, the casing was pressure tested to 1,600 pounds pressure upon the landing of the plug.
