1055427512 2017-11-27 Orphan No Violations 4:00 Gene holds conference call with Hydrocarbon and Wayne of Energy Transfer. Conclusion was that we

will wait until pipelining is complete, that we will get to use their mats, and that it will be @ 2 weeks until they are of location. Will continue to monitor the situation. Crew takes out bridge and locks up equipment.

1238689489 2017-12-08 Orphan No Violations 8:20 I arrive at the location with Supervisor Chini and Engineer Roser already on site. ET/Rover was re-surveying their line to determine accuracy

of placement. Results are not shared with ODNR but pin-flags are placed in the ground over the pipelines path. Discussions continue with the pipeline employees, concluding that a small section of the 42 pipeline will need to be removed and replaced. This will begin today and should be completed by end-of-day tomorrow. Because they have completed preliminary reclamation of their access and have removed all of their excavating equipment, Hydrocarbon granted ET/Rover permission to use their track-hoe until theirs can be mobilized back to the site. 10:00 I leave location.
