1392528700 2018-06-20 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of the well and production pad. The pad is equipped with four wells (permit numbers 2718, 2719, 2720, 2721) and this well is equipped with an open flow assembly. Proper identification was posted at the well and lease entrance. The tank battery is surrounded by a steel dike. The enclosed tank battery and contained less than one inch of standing water. I tested the standing water for chlorides using a low-range QuanTab, which concluded in a reading of under 33 pppm. The access road was stable and drivable. I performed an inspection of the perimeter of the pad, and erosional controls appeared to be in place and functioning.

I did not locate a surface-intermediate annular pressure gauge. I contacted operator who stated they in the process of acquiring gauges from the supplier, and an annular gauge will be installed as soon as possible.
