0158152329 2015-07-14 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. The tank battery is shared between the W. Woolf #1 (#21090) and the W. Woolf #2 (#21308). Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl production tanks, a brine vault, and two horizontal separators. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed.
0520555314 2004-11-08 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery is shared with permit 1090 and consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 1-buried concrete salt water tank, 2-separators and a dike.
1467595155 2017-11-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1308. RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. Access to the well was stable. The well and tank battery locations were stable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Correct identification was present. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with #2-1090. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was constructed around the production equipment. Equipment inside the dike specific to #2-1308 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine vault remained in good repair above grade. The fluid level was near freeboard. While on location I called and spoke with lease operator Joe Lombardi for well 2-1090. Mr. Lombardi confirmed that Diversified was responsible for the brine vault. No violations were observed during this inspection.
