0666222251 2014-09-19 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Mike Wheeler got 420 of 8.625 casing out of the well. They washed approximately 6.5 tons of clay down the well before filling it to surface. The clay was slowly receding down the well. They were going to let the well sit open over the weekend to let the clay settle.

1368240576 2015-08-21 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well had been cut, capped and buried. The pumping unit, tanks and casing all belong to the landowner. They have the materials staged on their farm for future use. I called and left a message regarding a waiver for the equipment. Mr. McCoy returned my call and I explained the need for a waiver to leave the equipment. I emailed him a copy of the waiver and he agreed to get it filled out.
1441986519 2015-09-11 Final Restoration No Violations I received a landowner waiver (form 5) from Dorothy McCoy for the final restoration of this domestic well site. She does not want to backfill the well site or access road, and she wants to keep the production equipment.
1994345272 2015-07-23 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was still open and the clay was still filled to surface. The casing had not been cut, capped or buried. The 8 casing was still laying on the ground and the pumping unit was still sitting near the well. The tank battery was still in place. The site and access road were fully covered in tall grasses and I found no erosion. I contacted the landowner. Mr. McCoy claimed that they would get the casing cut, capped and buried this weekend. He also said that he wished to keep the production equipment in hopes of drilling another well in the near future.
