Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0842392281 2016-03-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was being produced with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The belts were on and the fuel source was connected. The tubing and casing valves were open. The identification on the pumping unit was faded and the number that I could make out was wrong. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one 30 barrel poly tank. The valves on the tanks were equipped with plugs. An earthen dike was in place around the production equipment. Correct, legible identification was posted on one of the tanks. The tank battery is shared with the number 2-R, 2 and 1 wells. I called pumper Dave Ashcraft to request that correct, legible identification be posted at the wellhead.
