1561753412 2018-04-04 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system. The flow line was connected and the valve was open. There were no leaks from the wellhead and no contamination on the ground. The steel flow line runs down to the existing production equipment, where it was tied in with the line to permit 5074. I spoke with Rob Hunter of Brilex and he said that he disconnected both wells from the separator when he plumbed the lines together. Rob said that the gas from this well flows to the drip and regulator at permit 5074, where it is then distributed to the Miller home. Rob had it set up where the Millers could control which well they were pulling gas from by opening or closing certain valves. I met with the home owner Ruben Miller, who confirmed the setup that Rob Hunter had explained, where both wells are tied together to bring gas into the drip/regulator to be distributed to his home on the other side of TR 125. The external regulator and gas line was mounted on the south side of the home. I told Ruben that he will need to get new identification up at both wellheads once the transfer is complete. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel steel tank, one 50 barrel steel tank and two horizontal separators. Rob said that he was removing the 210 barrel tank and one of the separators. There was a shallow earthen dike around the equipment. I did not find any leaks or spills around the tanks.
