0154571732 2015-07-21 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a pumping unit. The motor was intact and the unit was in operation. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel tank, two 100 barrel tanks and an earthen dike. The tank battery is shared. Identification was posted at the wellhead, but there was no identification at the tanks. I found evidence that there had been a leak at the wellhead, but it was cleaned up. I contacted Travis Dugan about getting ID up at the tank battery.
