1685954611 2015-05-19 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a 4.5 to 2 swage that connected to 2 flow line. The valve was open and there was 35 psi on the gauge. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 20 barrel poly tank, and one separator. Identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills. The 100 barrel tank was 15 feet, and the separator was 5 feet from the wellhead. I called Sonny Reynolds from Bakerwell to let him know that the well was in violation of the spacing requirements. I told him that they need to get the production equipment set a minimum of 50 feet from the wellhead.
1937570488 2015-08-18 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the separator had been removed. The only production equipment left at the site was one 30 barrel poly tank to swab into. This violation is resolved.
1949607554 2017-11-07 Production Wells No Violations n the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped was a swab well. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was swaged down to 2 inch steel line that was plumbed directly to the flow line to the production equipment. The valve at the well was partially opened and the gauge showed 0 pounds. The production equipment consisted of one 30 barrel poly tank and a vertical drip. There was not a containment dike around the tank. There was no identification posted, so I wrote it on the side of the tank with a marker. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tank.
