1786220229 2015-02-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a pumping unit. The valves on the tubing and casing were open. The motor was intact and the polished rod showed signs of recent use. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel storage tanks, one 20 barrel poly tank and an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills. The identification sign was wrong. The information was for the previous owner. I contacted Travis Dugan to get it fixed.
