0125295360 2013-02-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling was at a depth of 1200, drilling with a 6.625 bit. The permit was on location, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time.
0493494728 2013-02-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The inspection is due to a surface job that did not circulate at all during the cement job. The bond log was required to find out where the top of cement was. The bond log was performed by Jet Wire line services. The established top of cement was at 90. Formation cementing was on site to perform a remedial cement job. Cement was pumped in annulus and was brought to surface.
0646031689 2013-10-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that all drilling equipment and materials had been removed from the location. The drill site was graded out and approximately 90% covered with well established short grass vegetation. This site passes preliminary restoration.
0752079849 2013-03-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that B&J Drilling was drilling at a depth of 1980 with a 6.5 bit. The permit was on display, there were no leaks or spills and the pit liner was in good shape.
1360164146 2013-02-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Jet Wireline Services ran a bond log on the well and found that there was good cement bond up to approximately 92. B&J Drilling was authorized to grout the casing from the surface. Formation Cementing pressured the casing up to 300 psi and shut it in at the cement head. The pressure was held for 30 minutes with zero bleed off. The casing passed the required pressure test. Formation Cementing began pumped 60 sack of class A cement down the annulus and shut down for 1 hour to let the cement set up. They ran lost circulation material and pumped another 61 sacks to fill the annulus to surface. B&J Drilling was cleared to resume drilling operations.
1360334368 2013-02-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling was at a depth of 830, drilling with a 6.625 bit. The permit was on location, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time.
1363784403 2013-03-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that B&J Drilling was drilling at a depth of 2450 on a 6.5 bit. They reported a small gas show at 2245, but nothing significant. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1366914352 2013-04-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that B&J Drilling was drilling at a depth of 3100 on a 6.5 bit. The permit was on display, the pit liner was in good shape and there were no leaks or spills.
1367263266 2013-04-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling ran used, tested 4.5 casing to 3190. Cemenco broke circulation and pumped 150 sacks class A cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job. They landed the plug, pressured up to 500 psi and held for 5 minutes. The casing passed the pressure test. The permit was on display, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and there were no leaks or spills around the drilling rig.
1449678517 2013-09-06 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Travis Dugan was on location working on the restoration. The site was graded out, and partially seeded and strawed. There were still three 300 barrel frac tanks on site. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit and fenced. The lease road still needed some erosion control measures. This site does not pass preliminary restoration at this time.
1585257492 2013-01-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling reported that they set 36 of 10.75 conductor. They drilled a 10 hole to 325 and then switched to an 8 bit. There were no leaks or pills, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner, and the permit was on display.
1598237408 2013-01-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling was rigged up and setting 10.75 drive pipe. They were at a depth of 20 feet. The permit was on display and the pit was lined. There were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time.
1921953511 2013-01-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection B&J Drilling set new 7 surface casing at 636 with two centralizers and a guide shoe. Formation Cementing pumped 500 lbs. of gel and cotton seed hulls, displaced it out of the surface casing and shut in for 30 minutes. Formation then pumped another 200 lbs. of gel and cotton seed hulls followed by 133 sacks of class H cement with 1% gel. Circulation was never established and there were no returns. B&J Drilling is required to run a bond log before resuming drilling operations.
