Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1466100033 2016-04-27 Orphan No Violations I received a call from Atlee Kaufman to report two open well casings found on his property. On the day of my inspection I met Mr. Kaufman at his tree farm outside of Spring Mountain and he took me back to the well. I found open 7 or 8 casing cut off approximately 18 above grade. The casing was filled with water to within 3 or 4 inches from the top. There was no visible crude oil in the casing and no crude oil contamination on the surface surrounding the casing. There was no gas bubbling from the water. There are no waterways near the well, and no apparent environmental impact. There are no inhabited structures near the well.
