The plunger-lift well and associated tank battery, are located on a larger rural, residential parcel At the time of this inspection, fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. The load-line valves were secure and locked. Tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment as intact and free from signs of release, leaks, or problems. The well was in active production. Production reports were current. Bonding and insurance were active and current. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impacts from leaks, releases, or degradation to the natural greenscape.
