Identification is present. There is an earthen secondary containment which is in good condition. The load-outs are bull-plugged. Safety equipment is present. The wellhead is located 50 feet southeast of the battery. The wellhead consists of a pumpjack system and associated valve-tree. The wellhead and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures which are locked. The lease road is paved with mixed, coarse limestone aggregate and is in good condition. I did not observe any problems or violations.

The wellhead and battery are located in a small clearing in a mostly wooded area. The wellhead pump jack and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures which were locked. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The load-outs are secure, plugged, and locked. The dedicated lease road was in good condition. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no observable signs of impact to the natural greenscape.

At the time of my inspection, the wellhead pump jack was partially dismantled with the rods having been removed, and the enclosure partially dismantled. The owner had indicated that work was in progress.

Checked site found that gas is being heated and the lines going to the heater are causing the hissing sound.
