Reviewed historic records and images. The construction of the well included the installation of a Diversion tool at 1897 feet on the 4.5 inch production casing. The first stage was cemented with 200 sacks of cement. The second stage was cemented with 350 sacks of cement from the Diversion tool, 1897 feet, with circulation of cement to the surface. During Conversion activities the original perforations at 3755 feet to 3864 feet were squeezed with 350 sacks of cement. The cement was drilled out and the casing cleaned. The well was then perforated at 3848 feet to 3864 feet with 35 shots at two shots per foot. In June 2014 the operator stripped the well and acidized the well with 1200 gallons of 15 percent of hydrochloric acid. The packer was then set at the current depth of 3765 feet. The integrity of the squeezed perforation may have been compromised. The well was shut in for repair and evaluation. |
