1480528240 | 2016-10-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a gas fired motor on the pumpjack and the valves on the wellhead were open. The last reported production was submitted in 2014 for this well. The well was fenced but needs a lock on the man door. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank, a mechanical separator and drip bottle. The tank battery was diked and fenced but needed a lock on the man door. The proper lids were installed on the tank and a charcoal filter was plumbed into the vent stack on the production tank. The signage was located at the tank battery but needs to be updated to reflect the current owner. The lease access was stable. I contacted Alan Lorinchack 440-773-4101 from Summit Petroleum with regards to lock installation on the man door fencing and updating the signage. |
