0015362699 | 2015-01-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found no changes since my last inspection. No violations found. |
0294338190 | 2015-08-31 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the company has cleared all of the brush out of inside the tank battery and from around the wellhead. The identification sign has been posted on the fence. There are new locks on all of the fence doors. Scott Miller Construction is going to perform the clean up and repair the broken 3 valve on the load line. The company will contact me when the clean up is complete. I will check the location again on 9/1/2015. |
0830785203 | 2013-05-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is open to a pop off valve that is plumbed into the production tank. The tank battery and well are in good repair and surrounded by a wood fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The vent stack on the production tank is plumbed into a 55 gallon charcoal filter. The vent stack is then plumbed up and topped with a spark arrestor. The well does not have a identification sign on it. I spoke with Mark Turpek about getting the sign up. The lease road is in stable condition. |
1435507266 | 2016-10-26 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The last production records were submitted in 2015. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The chart on the separator showed production and the valves were open. The tanks had plugs on the valves. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The proper, legible signage was located at the tank battery location. The lease access was stable but the gate at the entrance to the access road needs signage to be installed on it. I contacted Mark Turpak from Cutter Exploration with regards to the signage needed at the gate. |
1440513018 | 2015-08-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | Violations Noted | My inspection found the company has had the oil picked up within the past week and the company who removed the oil from the production tank spilled 5 gallons of oil onto the ground inside the tank battery near the load pick up lines. The tank battery is over grown with vegetation. The wooden fence around the tank battery is missing two pickets and does not have a lock on either man door. The fence around the wellhead is missing the lock that was in place on my last inspection. I have contacted Mike Cutter the owner of Cutter Exploration. He stated that Scott Millers Construction will be out on location on 8/25/2015 to clean up the oil and fix the fence and the well tender will be out to take care of the over grown vegetation inside the tank batteries. |
1441380177 | 2015-09-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | On site to check the status of the oil spill clean-up effort. Operator has cleaned up oil stained gravel inside the tank battery dike under the load line valve. Load line valve has been replaced. Operator has cleared brush from the tank battery as requested by the inspector. Inspection of the dike around the tank battery found a cut in the dike east side next to the separator. Tank battery equipment was in good repair. Board on board fence around the tank battery has been repaired and the man door was secured with a lock. Identification sign was posted on the tank battery. Operator stockpiled brush from the battery at the entrance of the site next to the south side of the gate. Leaser road was stable. Wellhead was surrounded with a board on board fence. The man door to the well was locked. There was sledge hammer next to the wellhead along with a discarded lubricating head. Operator was contacted by e-mail to complete the following: Repair cut in dike, remove sledge hammer and lubricating head from site, install chain and lock around the lease road gate, post identification sign on lease road gate, install danger keep out signs or signs with similar wording on the tank battery fence. |
1442415813 | 2015-09-16 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the oil contaminated stone had been removed from the inside of the tank battery. The wooden fence panels have been replaced and locks have been installed. The identification sign has been replaced. I advised the company to install an identification sign on the gate that is updated to meet the urban requirements set in 1501:9-9-05. Locks are still needed to be installed on the lines to unload the tanks. The company has removed the brush and tree saplings from inside the tank battery. A sign that states no open flame, no trespassing, and no smoking needs placed on the tank battery fence and wellhead fence. I have contacted the well tender Mark Turpak about the remaining issues that need to be addressed. |
