2099649100 2018-02-06 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection with the ground snow covered, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, a plunger lift system and domestic gas service with valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves open on the casing supplying the domestic gas and the motor valve. Production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch meter run with a .75 inch orifice and chart recorder all within an earthen dike and shared with 34059236560000 Hill Unit 3, 34059236930000 Hill Unit 9 and 34059236570000 Hill Unit 4. Identification was present and production records were current.
