1454946205 2016-02-08 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection, I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree. Production equipment for the well included a sand trap and a gas production unit. Production equipment that was shared with permitted wells 34067212710000 and 34067214720000 included a vapor recovery system, a gas compressor, a gas combustor, a line heater, 2 NGL tanks and 10-400 bbl. tanks that where placed inside proper containment. The site passed preliminary restoration in accordance with ORC 1509.072 A.
