0307403025 2019-02-15 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow up inspection to a compliance notice 733093791 issued on 12/19/2018 I found that there has been no change in the status of the well. On the day of my inspection I found, an 8 5/8-inch diameter casing, 4 1/2-inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8-inch diameter tubing and rods, operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The production equipment is made up of two 100 bbl. steel tanks, and a vertical separator. The tanks are not properly identified, and production reporting is not up to date.
