0028400320 2018-07-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found, an 8 5/8 inch diameter casing, 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 1 1/2 inch diameter tubing, operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. The production equipment is made up of one 100 bbl. steel tank. The tank is properly identified and production reporting is up to date.
1118244222 2014-03-07 Production Wells No Violations This is a producing pump jack well. There were no problems noted at the time of the inspection.
1916864745 2016-05-17 Production Wells No Violations This is a producing pump jack well. The high production tank was leaking out the bottom. The water truck driver switched tanks and emptied the leaking tank. The tank will be removed by the operator. There were no other problems noted at the time of the inspection.
