1532014071 2018-07-19 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the rig crew had ran 1 1/2-inch diameter tubing to the depth of 2236. Circulation was established and a 200 foot cement plug was set using 57 sacks of class A cement and displaced with 5.1 bbl. of fresh water. The 1 1/2 inch diameter tubing was the pulled to a depth of 733 feet. Circulation was established and a 160 foot cement plug was set using 45 sacks of class A cement and displaced with 1.4 bbl. of fresh water. The 1 1/2 inch diameter tubing was pulled to a depth of 468 feet. Circulation was established and a 200 foot plug was set using 59 sacks of class A cement and displaced with .67 bbl. of fresh water. The 1 1/2 diameter tubing was then pulled to a depth of 150 feet. Circulation was established and a 150 foot plug was set using 45 sacks of class A cement. We had good cement returns circulated to the surface. A water test was performed, and cement samples were taken and weighed with weights of 15.1 pound and 15.2 pound cement.
