0373248309 2003-03-03 Final Restoration No Violations Inspect Well site and Microfilm. Records indicate a letter complaint in 1970 that the driller pulled and abandoned the well leaving an open hole 25 feet deep. The Piper Supply Co of MtGilead plugged the well in April 1969.

Inspection of site reveals the issue described in the 1970 letter has been resolved. Currently the remnants of the pit exist on site and is trees and brush are growing over the area. Passed final restoration. Historic company is not available.
