1454842064 2015-02-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located on a level portion at the northwest corner of the PET facility. The well is comprised of a concoil system adjacent to a 2-tank (1 100-barrel, 1 50-barrel) battery. The tanks and other appurtenances are painted red and gray. The secondary containment is present. Signage is present. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage. At the time of this inspection, there is 12 to 14 inches of snow cover which obscures some portions of the tank battery interior and other surficial areas. The emergency contact information is current.
1571034429 2017-09-27 Production Wells No Violations No violations at the time of my inspection. UIC hauler 25052 was on location pulling of the brine from the production tank.
1722496878 2012-03-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations This well is equipped with a con-coil system. The tank battery is equipped with one 100 barrel production tank, one 50 barrel brine tank and a mechincal separator. Equipment spacing is correct and proper identification is posted. The location is in good repair.
1840052006 2017-06-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in a clearing at the northwestern perimeter of an industrial facility. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead plunger-lift system with associated tank battery (one 100-barrel steel stock tank and one 50-barrel steel stock tank and separator). The load-line valve was secure and plugged. The tank lid was closed and sealed. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no signs of impact or problems. The access road to the well was grassy but passable. Production reports were current and there was no indication in available electronic records of any deficiencies with bonding or insurance.
