The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, and a separator unit. The elements are not enclosed. There is adequate secondary containment. The signage is adequate.

The well is comprised of a wellhead with concoil system and flow-line attachment in a small chain-link enclosure. The associated battery is located adjacent to the well. Fittings and connections were secure, with no signs of leakage or problem. I walked the area surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of problems.

At the the time of the previous inspection, I had noted that the ID signage was deteriorated and unreadable. At the time of this inspection, the signage has been updated and repaired but was still lacking emergency contact information. Connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. Tank lids were secure. Load lines were plugged, locked, and secure. I walked the areas surrounding both the tank battery and the wellhead concoil unit, and did not observe any signs of impacts or problems. I contacted well tender Gene Moeller on 07/13/2016 and advised him about the need for complete informaton on the signage.
1886455171 2015-03-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is comprised of a wellhead with concoil system adjacent to a tank battery. The battery is comprised of 1 210-barrel steel production tank and 1 100-barrel brine tank, and mechanical separator. There is no identifying signage at the wellhead. The existing signage at the battery is unreadable. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. I contacted Gene Moeller, contract well tender for the well owner, and advised about the need for complete and accurate signage. He indicated that the signs will be fixed as soon as possible,
