0472038876 2009-01-08 Orphan No Violations Jeff Fry and I stopped by this location today and spoke with a Mrs. Rauch. She said that her husband was not home. She could not remember the location of the well but would have her husband flag the location and call us back. She thought that they would be interested in placing the well on the I & O Program.

1389722260 2014-01-08 Administrative Inspection No Violations During this inspection I met with the landowner Mrs. Rauch and was accompanied by Jeff Fry. I informed Mrs. Rauch that the lat/long coordinates for the well on her property were incorrect and that I was there to update the GPS lat/long coordinates. The well location is approximately 30 feet behind Mrs. Rauchs house. The well was discovered when the house was being built but did not have any record of plugging. The well was covered up when the house was built. Mrs. Rauch was informed that the well would probably qualify for the orphan program if they were interested as the well may not have been plugged properly. Mrs. Rauch said that they were not interested in doing anything with the well.
