The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike and chain-link fence enclosure surrounded the production equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) vertical separator and one (1) 140 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and was metered direct to sales. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The hatch lid was closed. Staining from dead oil was present at the base of the tank. The extent of staining was less than 1 foot from the base of the tank and did not encircle the entire tank. No violations were observed during this inspection.
