0590514380 2019-04-16 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Onsite inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Express Energy Services. The conductor rig drilled a 28-inch diameter borehole to a depth of 150 feet from ground level. Then, 150 feet of 20-inch diameter (I.D. = 19.124) weld connection casing was inserted into the borehole. They cemented the casing with 76 barrels total volume of 364 sacks of Class A cement with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon (verified by scale), 1.18 yield, 2 percent calcium chloride, 0.5 pound of flake per sack, and displaced with 50 barrels of fresh water. Good cement returns were witnessed. It will be noted that the cellar is not currently installed.
