Upon inspection, I found the wellhead cleared of vegetation but currently not in production. Once valve is open to the drip tank and the other is closed to the 100 bbl tank. There is a Gatherco meter box and a house meter up at the access road however there is no chart on the metere and there is a card on the box that states it is a shut in. Jody said the landowners attorney told them they would be arrested for tresspassing if they came onto the property. |

There is a Gatherco meter box and a house meter up at the access road however there is no chart on the metered and there is a card on the box that states it is a shut in. The house gas meter is active but it is unclear whether or not the gas is coming from this well. Jeff Sturgill with Gatherco called and stated the house meter (2824) is listed as a Free Gas customer and the gas is coming off of the sales line and not from the wellhead. I talked to Rusty Hutson of M & R and he stated they would like to talk to the lawyer in order to get the well back into production. |

The well at this time appears to be not in production but it is hard to tell with the one valve cracked open at this time. |
