During my inspection the well was equipped with, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. The tubing had a gauge present reading 160 ponds per square inch and the production casing had a gauge present reading 175 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, three 210 barrel tanks, one horizontal separator, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch diameter sales line, a .125 inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder with current chart. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank. W. P. Brown Enterprises has submitted gas production records for the year 2016. A domestic service was not present at the well or separator. |

The identification was located on the 210 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there were no violations present. |
