0077323374 2018-03-28 Production Wells No Violations At 3:28 p.m. on 3/27/18 Antero Resources Production Supervisor Doug Stubbins called and reported some electrical issues that they were having with their combustor. Mr. Stubbins stated that the electric cable on the combustor burnt up and caused small flame that was extinguished immediately. The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure monitoring was present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero well tender was on location.
0492081349 2015-02-13 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling contractor, Patterson Drilling 342, is drilling 8.75 hole at a depth of 16,108. The company representative anticipates the total depth at 17,264.
0731582765 2014-10-02 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the conductor casing run and cementing operations. Well Service Group drilled 100 of 30 hole and ran 100 of 26 casing. The cement truck malfunctioned and the cement job was postponed.
1064399271 2018-01-09 Production Wells No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection Fortis Energy Services was on location with their service rig drilling out frac plugs on the Iles 2H, 3412124540. This well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the closed position and a protective cage surrounding the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Identification was present and production records were current.
117345099 2019-9-18 0:00: PW No Violations 1.00
1398591442 2015-08-03 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A). The well is produced into a tank battery comprised of eight 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic lined steel containment.
1434791628 2016-05-02 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery is comprised of eight 400 barrel tanks set inside of a plastic lined steel containment. There are three other wells in production on the pad. The lease road is well maintained.
1472201132 2015-12-07 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is in production. The wellhead is protected by a heavy gauge steel cage while completion operations are under way. No violations were noted.
1490281818 2017-03-23 Production Wells No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 8 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of eight gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero was on location working on getting the 4 new wells put in production.
1496837507 2017-06-06 Production Wells No Violations The pad is named Bond and it consists of 9 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position and a protective cage surrounding the wellhead. Casing pressure valve reads 350 pounds per square inch and tubing pressure gauge reads 250 pounds per square inch. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of nine gas production units, fifteen 400 barrel tanks, two compressors, and four combustors. Containment was present on the pad with sound walls surrounding the pad as Antero prepares the location for Hydraulic Fracturing operations on the 5 of wells. Identification was present and production records were current.
1593722441 2014-12-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the surface casing installation and cementing operations. Patterson Rig 342 drilled 400 of 24 diameter hole. The rig crew then installed 389 of J-55 18.625 casing. I performed a test of the cement mix water with a low range Quantab, the test indicated that the total dissolved chlorides were present at a concentration less than 250 parts per million. Allied Oil and Gas Services pumped 768 sacks of class A cement with .25 pounds per gallon flowseal and 2% CaCl into the casing with 68 barrels of the cement circulating back to surface. The plug was landed and the casing integrity test passed with no bleed off.
