Huffman Bowers Water truck was sent to location. Water truck was connected to well. Flowed brine and gas into truck. Accumulated 20 barrels fluid in truck. Well pressure was constant and would not blow down. Shut in wellhead . Coordinate getting tubing and pit liner on location. Bottom plug scheduled for 8-29-12.
1346262602 2012-08-29 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Plug from total depth to surface inside 5.5 Production casing (cemented to surface). Accompanied by Morgan Button MRI2. Cement pumped through 1.5 tubing ran to 886. Pumped plugs in 200 foot intervals from 886 to surface. Good cement circulation to surface. Cement fell back and was filled back to surface. Verified that 5.5 casing was cemented to surface.
1346262629 2012-08-29 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Accompanied Jon Scott to location. Berry Well Services, Formation Cementing and Huffman Bower Water truck were already on location. Berry was rigged up and 1.5 inch production tubing was set at a depth of 886 feet. The bottom of the hole was tagged at a depth of 910 feet. It was agreed that cement was to be pumped in 200 feet stages from bottom to surface. After each stage of cement was pumped, tubing was lifted to the top of the last stage and pumping resumed to the next 200 feet interval. This continued until cement came to surface . Then plugging was ceased. Top dressing of cement was added to ensure complete cement coverage. Cement in lines was cleared with fresh water and disposed of beneath liner to the returns pit. Liquid from displacement in the well during plugging was also discharged in this lined pit.

Both valves are open. No gas flow was observed during inspection. A call was made to Bill Mitton (Knox Energy) Voice mail. Re: well status and that well needs identification.
