0078458173 2006-05-15 Production Wells No Violations Summit Petroleum is moving the tank battery to the east to permit new residential development. A new fence will be placed around the tank battery and the well head and the required ID will be posted.

1143608724 2015-08-20 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead was fenced and locked. A 4.5 flanged wellhead was equipped with a 4 plunger lift system and 2 flow line. The well produced to a diked and fenced tank battery to the southeast containing two (2) 100 barrel tanks, a vertical separator, and a horizontal separator with a meter run. The proper ID was posted at the tank battery and the man door was locked. I found no violations at this time.
1153403914 2006-07-19 Production Wells Violations Noted On May 15, 2006, I met with the developer who informed me that Summit would be moving the tank battery to accommodate new development. We discussed the move and the proposed location. I told them at the time that fencing around the tank battery and the wellhead is required. On July 19, I found that the tank battery had not been moved and the fence was still down at the tank battery and had never been placed around the wellhead. Please install the required fencing and post the required identification.
1164665513 2006-11-14 Production Wells Violations Noted A temporary fence has been placed around the wellhead but the fence is still down around the tank battery. According to a excavating crew working in the area, they are building a new tank battery site and should be ready to move tanks and the separator in the near future. Until then, the violation is still open.
1252686207 2009-09-10 Production Wells No Violations The fences have been installed around the wellhead and the tank battery as requested. The violation has been corrected.
1462817980 2016-03-04 Final Restoration No Violations I was on site to check the restoration status of this location following plugging operations on 2/10/2016. Keith Moore was on location with his crew and removing the fencing from around the tank battery. He said he will be removing the tanks and surface equipment over the next two (2) weeks and as time allows. The wellhead area has been graded and the fence panels need to be removed and the area mulched and seeded. Final restoration is due by 5/10/2016. No violations.
1578202374 2016-04-05 Final Restoration No Violations I was on location to check the Final Restoration status of this Clinton Sandstone well that was plugged and abandoned on 2/10/2016. My inspection found that the surface production equipment has been removed from the tank battery. The battery still needs to be graded and seeded. There is a sales line riser on the south side of the tank battery (GPS NAD83: 41.16761, -81.33788) and the line is still active. The area of the wellhead needs to be graded and seeded and the fence panels need to be removed. Final Restoration is due by 5/10/2016 and a landowner waiver will be required to leave the flow line buried. No violations.
1708610487 2017-07-25 Final Restoration No Violations This well was plugged and abandoned on 2/10/2016 and Final Restoration was due by May 2016. My inspection today found that the area is being developed as part of the River Bend subdivision. The lease road has been graded and seeded by the developer as well as the area around the former wellhead. The area of the tank battery has also been graded and seeded and grass is well established on the location. A sales line still exists on the east side of the former tank battery where the Robert A Durst-Trustee #3 (PN#22982) ties into the main sales line. I will speak with Bill Kinney about submitting a landowner waiver (Form 5). No violations.
