Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000PL5926 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
1377811732 2013-08-29 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today was in response to a landowner complaint. The well is equipped with a pump jack unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, a mechanical separator, and two sales meters on the sales line. The dike around the tank battery met the SPCC requirements. The proper identification was located on the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition. The landowner was worried about her royalty checks decreasing, due to illegal connections into the sales line. She noticed where another well comes into the sales line had been dug up. She also stated that there are unregistered and unmarked gas lines running along the street that her husband had struck while putting up a fence. The production records show a decrease in production until 2012 when it went up 40 more barrels of oil and approximately 1300 MCFs from the previous year. After talking to Jason Scott the owner of S&S, he stated that the price he has been selling his gas for has steadily gone down, which would reflect on the landowners royalty check. The other well that feeds into S & S sales line is an Enervest well, the permit number is 34-133-2-3578-00-00. The landowner of this well was drawing enough gas from the well to make it not produce. This caused gas from S&S sales line to back feed to the enervest well the landowner was drawing down. The freshly dug ground was from Enervest installing a one way check valve so that the S&S sales line would not back feed to the Enervest well. The sales line running down the road was originally put in by C Gas. Jason Scott is currently marking all of his sales lines and flow lines. He stated he will have them registered through the Ohio Utilities Protection Services by October. The gas from this well is metered at the separator before it leads into a sales line. This shows that no mater how much gas gets removed from S&S sales
