I spoke with Mark Smith (PEP) on 3/20/2019, and requested that he have someone check for any annular pressure between the 8-5/8 surface casing and the 4-1/2 production casing. My inspection today found that the surface casing head has been exposed and the annular port is open. I found no evidence of natural gas venting from the annulus. No violations. |
