There is no tank battery associated with this well. In discussing the ownership of this well with Vicky McKinney (614-265-6916) in Columbus she indicated to me that Mr. Jones had not submitted a bond to secure his ownership earlier than 2010. She instructed Mr. Jones to submit a check to the Division of Oil and Gas for $50.00 and his ownership would be legitimate. Wellhead consists of a 2-inch tubing with a 2-inche ball valve. On top of the tubing is a swedge fitting from 2-inch to 1-inch with another ball valve locked in the shut-in position. There was no methane gas (CH4) emission from the wellhead detected with the PhD6 gas meter.
